C4324 is a universal, non-asbestos gasket material made from aramid, glass, and carbon fibres bonded with NBR, suitable for a wide range of industrial sealing applications.
Composition and Structure
C4324 is a compressed fibre-reinforced gasket material composed of a blend of aramid, glass, and carbon fibres bonded with nitrile rubber (NBR). It is a non-asbestos formulation, making it environmentally safe and compliant with modern regulations.

Temperature Resistance: Up to 280°C
Pressure Tolerance: Up to 40 bar (580 psi)
Chemical Compatibility: Resistant to oils, fuels, hydrocarbons, water, low-pressure steam, mild acids, and alkalis
Mechanical Performance: Excellent compressibility, recovery, and resilience, ensuring tight, leak-free sealing
Surface Features: Non-stick properties due to a mica particle surface layer, aiding installation and maintenance
